This dynamic class, held weekly on Wednesdays and Mondays at 5:30 PM, takes place in the historic City Hall Auditorium at 425 Webster St. Shorin-ryu incorporates a mix of ju-jitsu, Shaolin kung fu, Okinawan boxing, and wrestling, focusing on improving self-defense capabilities and overall fitness.
